The company is fully registered, in accordance with The Companies ACT, 2019 (ACT 1992), with the Registrar of companies in Ghana. Genius Spring Limited company is a limited liability company limited by guarantee. The headquarters of Genius Spring Limited Company is located in the Bono regional capital of Sunyani. It is housed in the famous J. H. Mensah Building in Sunyani, Bono Region- Ghana, West Africa. We are located on the ground floor of J. H. Mensah building, opposite the Sunyani Municipal hospital, Sunyani-Ghana, West Africa. As a registered company according to the laws of Ghana, our core business is to facilitate the travel and recruitment of workers for companies in and outside the country. We boast of a dedicated team of skilled and experienced personnel who ensure that all the necessary documentation needed for a potential worker to live and work legally in and outside Ghana are secured. We ensure that a prospective worker has met all medical and immigration requirements of the host company before he is deployed to work in foreign country. We also prepare travel and tour itineraries for our clients. In addition to our core business. . We continue to explore more work and travel opportunities for our cherished clients.

In pursuit of corporate objectives, Geniuspring has developed advocacy and promotional tools to ensure smoothness of operation of companies we represent. Geniuspring undertake to handling all protocol needs of the foreign investor, including arrangement of basic facilities needed for business in Ghana and surrounding countries through provision of personnel and managerial support when required.

In 2022, Geniuspring was empowered by FORCE SECURITY SERVICES as an affiliate to recruit Ghanaian security personnel for the FIFA world cup in Qatar. Our partnership also involves driver recruitments to Saudi Arabia. Drivers recruited for our partners have extensive experience handling heavy duty vehicles over long hauls. Recruitment has been an extensive process involving the generation of an adequate pool of candidates. Additionally, we recruit and train staff in customer care and professional service delivery for competitive industries.
